Terms and Conditions – Wheel of Fortune Promotion – Brent Palmer

• When redeeming your Wheel of Fortune Promotion
  prize you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Each Wheel of Fortune Promotion prize is
  redeemable for the specified prize only.

• Wheel of Fortune Promotion prizes can only be
  redeemed by residential homeowners who have signed an Agency Agreement with Brent
  Palmer and Tall Poppy Real Estate.

• The Wheel of Fortune Promotion prize is only
  valid in conjunction with a signed 90 day Agency Agreement at the agencies
  standard commission rate.

• There will not be any attempt to falsify,
  duplicate or copy any part of the Wheel of Fortune Promotion prizes.

• All Wheel of Fortune Promotion prizes are
  recorded by serial number against the person who won it, along with their
  E-Value address. It must be redeemed by the person whose name and address is
  recorded on file OR, if the prize is gifted to another person, it must be done
  by prior written consent from Brent Palmer.

• Wheel of Fortune Promotion prizes cannot be
  swapped or exchanged for cash or currency.

• Wheel of Fortune Promotion prizes can only be
  used for the specified prize.

• Each Wheel of Fortune Promotion prize is valid
  for 24 consecutive calendar months from date of issue.

• No partial balances available. Once used, there
  is no change given.

• In the event that the Prize specified becomes
  unavailable for any reason Brent Palmer may substitute a prize of less or equal
  value.

• If the Winner does not accept these Terms and
  Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
